NB - Pick a new weight 

WOD -  
20 min AMRAP
5 Deadlift 
10 Push ups 
15 Box jumps 

Extras - 10 min EMOM 
3-5 Muscle ups 
or
5-15 ring dips 

Endurance 

Run or Row - 4 min on, 3 min off
