NB - scale reps not load eg 15-10-5

    70 kgs 3RM (weak I know but it's a PB for me!)
    Round 2 - 6 cleans. Struggled with ring dips. As usual.

    For once it wasn't my arms that caved! Hamstrings utterly toasted.
