NB - focus on landing in same position

D - 5 min work

30 sec rest

  1. T2B sucked after "Nicole" but I finally think my brain is starting to understand kipping - could be a fluke, so lets not get excited.

    Box jumps were OK and did the back extensions with 5kg ball.
