B - In a 27 min time cap complete the following
10 min to establish a 2 RM OH Squat from the floor
(I will be using my early lifts to hit a 1 RM Snatch + 1 Oh squat, then when I fail use c&j method)

19 Pistols
then into
7 min AMRAP
19 Front squats
19 push ups (hog)
C - 5 mins
30 sec T2B
30 sec rest
NB - aim to beat previous scores
Squat - 50kgs (sneay PB snatch in there. Twice. Just sayin').
ReplyDeleteAMRAP 4 rounds 3 push ups. I hated this with the fire of a thousand burning suns and spent too long pissing around getting my breath instead of working.
T2B - 7,7,5,6,7,7
OH Squat - 45kg (wrists caved about 1 inch from full lock out on 2nd @ 47.5)
ReplyDeleteAMRAP 3 rounds 14 Push Ups - main issue was wrists, but this was a sneaky WOD the way the reps were counted. I don't like sneaky.
