5 mins tennis ball in traps
5 mins ball on hip flexor

B - 10 min EMOM
1 x squat snatch @80%ish

C - Bench press
try to find a 10 RM

D - 5 mins
30 sec hollow rocks
30 sec rest

    Bench Press 25, 30, 32.5, 35, 40, 42.5 (7)

    T2B 7 with normal gloves 12 with sticky gloves - but they are pretty slow.
